Installation and training support
Once a sale has been agreed, one of our technicians will visit your offices to install the machinery and software and give you in-depth training on all aspects of the engraving solution.

You can download our maintenance contract with terms and conditions here and if you like you can also download an application form, complete it and post it to us at KPRayner Ltd, 5b Wedgwood Road, Bicester, Oxon. OX26 4UL, so that we can start processing your Roland protection straight away.
If you wish to pay for your RaynerCare Plan with a standing order form then please download the Standing Order Mandate and post to us together with your application form. We will forward the Standing Order Mandate to your bank on your behalf.
Once your application has been processed we will issue you with a RaynerCare certificate and your cover will commence.
